I will mail your purchase first class USPS on the next business day, with the exception of Holidays when the post office is closed. Insurance will be added to ensure that you receive your jewelry in perfect condition. Each piece is wrapped in organza bags or a box and then wrapped in tissue paper with a ribbon, (just a little tender loving care!) I then envelop your jewelry in bubble wrap which is inserted in a bubble wrapped brown manila mailer.
Continental United States - All orders are shipped and insured FREE OF CHARGE via USPS first class mail.
Canada - All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail at a flat rate of $5.00 per package
International - All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail at a flat rate of $10.00 per package. I can only ship International if your country accepts this form of shipping. Please confirm that you can have your purchase sent this way. If not, possibly it can be sent through a different form of shipment, such as UPS or FedEx. Contact me for prices for either of those shipping handlers.

I guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may simply return it for a full refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
The item must be returned in its original condition. You will be responsible for the proper packaging of the return. I suggest, additionally, that you insure your package since I cannot refund an item that I don’t receive. The product price will be refunded in full, however shipping charges are non-refundable for general returns.

In the instance of a defective/broken product or a mistake in the merchandise you receive, I will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund all costs (including shipping charges, if applicable) associated with the purchase. To be eligible for a full replacement or refund for a defective, broken, or incorrect item, contact me within 10 days of delivery. Please return the item within 20 days or the item may be subject to my standard 30-day return policy.
In the instance of a refused or unclaimed shipment, shipping charges will not be refunded.
I will credit your account as soon as I receive the merchandise and process your return ~ generally within 1 to 5 business days following the receipt of your return. Check with your bank, credit card or PayPal account to see when the refund will be credited.
At Jewelry Artistry, I keep your information in the strictest confidence. I would never give, sell, or trade your information. If you purchase a product from my store, you will have the option to be added to my mailing list. You will receive emails updating you about new store products, sales and events.
